Le but de ce projet est de developper une place de marché pour l'achat et la vente d'électricité entre consommateurs et producteurs (petits et grands). Il intègre la prévision des consommations et des productions, ainsi un monitoring simulé et réelle de la consommation ou de la production. Ce projet est réalisé par les élèves ingénieurs RICM 5 en 2010-2011 et 2011-2012 dans le cadre des UEs eCOM et RICOM.
